Lately, I’ve been farming satchels with the hope that something other than silly Earthen Potions and Flasks of Steelskin would drop. Today, something else did indeed drop! It never showed in all my farm runs of Stratholme but it showed up today in my satchel of awesomeness! Yep – none other than Rivendare’s Deathcharger! I think it matches my outfit too. Yay!

It was up for healers yesterday and I ran it, just because you’d got that mount! I got a pet I already had so it could be worse 🙂
Haha nice! Yeah it definitely could be worse….I swear all the healers end up with tank flasks and all the tanks end up with intellect flasks from it 90% of the time 🙂

That’s awesome to have the satchel drop something nice for you! I’ve run Stratholme looking for that mount but never had any luck either. I ended up focusing on pets more, after a while… they’re so cute!

Wow, that is awesome indeed! I should start running more dungeons when that Call to Arms is up. A friend of mine has well over 200 Rivendare kills now (and counting), so congrats!
Thanks 🙂 Mind you some of those CTAs can be pretty painful…and often I’ve encountered the worst groups where I really feel like they’re really making me earn that satchel lol. I’ve taken to only qeueing when the satchel is up so I can cap my valor for the week while getting a shot at mounts.

Grats! Glad to see something useful finally come out of those things! My oldest son got lucky on his first satchel after a year break from WoW, he had the Raven Lord Mount drop out the first time! And he wondered why I was so quiet, he asked me how many mounts I have had drop from the Satchels…..ya like that has ever happened for me. Lol. Maybe someday….
